Jewel's founding centre has supported families in Kottayam since 2008. The team provides assessment, early intervention and therapy for children with autism, developmental delay and related conditions, from Cheriyapally Hospital Buildings at Ooppoottil Kavala, Chalukunnu. The centre is open Monday to Saturday, 8.15am to 5.30pm.

Assessment and therapy under one roof
Jewel's interdisciplinary team includes developmental paediatricians, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, behaviour analysts, clinical psychologists and special educators, who work together on a plan built around each child rather than a fixed programme.
Departments include developmental paediatrics, applied behaviour analysis (ABAT), speech therapy, occupational therapy, behavioural therapy, sensory integration, physiotherapy, clinical psychology and remedial education.
