At Jewel Autism Centre, we are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized therapeutic services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and learning disabilities. Since our services involve individualized planning, professional time, and resource allocation, we follow a structured refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness.

Registration & Assessment Fees

Registration fees, initial consultation fees, and diagnostic assessment charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

These fees cover professional evaluations, administrative processing, and clinical documentation.

Therapy Program Fees

Therapy programs are designed specifically for each child based on detailed assessments and professional planning.

Once a therapy program has commenced, fees paid are non-refundable.

Cancellation Before Program Start

If a therapy program is cancelled before the start date, a refund may be considered after deducting administrative and assessment charges, provided a written request is submitted at least 7 working days in advance.

Refund approval is subject to management discretion.

Missed Sessions

Missed therapy sessions due to the child’s absence, illness, travel, or personal reasons are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise specified in the therapy agreement.

Make-up sessions may be considered only in exceptional cases and subject to therapist availability.

Discontinuation of Therapy

If therapy is discontinued midway due to personal reasons, relocation, or change of decision by parents/guardians, no refund will be provided for unused sessions.

In exceptional medical circumstances, partial adjustments may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Centre-Initiated Cancellations

If Jewel Autism Centre cancels a session due to therapist unavailability or operational reasons, an alternative session will be scheduled or the amount will be adjusted against future sessions.

Mode of Refund

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original mode of payment within 15–30 working days, depending on banking procedures.

Policy Updates

Jewel Autism Centre reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice.

The policy applicable at the time of enrollment will be considered final.
